The look and feel of the shoe is amazing. They do run a little big, so I had to down size. I look forward to many miles with these shoes!
I have been watching the development of these shoes for years on social media, SlowTwitch, etc. and have always been curious. With the Black Friday sale I decided to finally take the leap.
First, the build quality of the shoes are great. Well crafted, no rough edges or areas that look unfinished. I'm a huge fan of the fact that many parts of the shoe, including the wire system, lever system, and heal plate are all replaceable as they wear over time. The nose and heal seem pretty durable, so they hopefully hold up better to hitting the ground in dismounts than other shoes.
The one piece that could still use refinement, is packing. The shoe box that they came in was quite large, much larger than needed for the shoes. I understand using one size box for all shoes to save on overhead costs but the packing material inside was pretty nonexistent so the shoes were just tumbling around in there.
Outside of that everything has been awesome.

I'm sorry your shoes have not arrived. Tracking shows that they have been held in customs since August 30th. This can happen for several reasons, but frequently it is because they are trying to get a hold of the recipient but are unable to. Please get in contact with your customs office or the Polish postal service, provide them with your tracking number and they should be able to fix it for you. As a professional triathlete, I’m always looking at how I could get faster with the latest equipment trends or adjustments. I’ve had a few races where I had a lot of trouble getting my feet in my bike shoes and realized that there was an opportunity for improvement there. I started looking at bike shoes and discovered the velovetta monarchs. I love how easy it is to slip in and out of these shoes, and having the tightness already pre-set helps to cut down time adjusting it. They are also super comfortable and aero, can’t wait to race in these with faster transitions! The customer service was great too and the shoes arrived pretty quickly. Highly recommend them!
As an 80 year old still racing 70.3 events. The ease of getting into and out of the shoes was a must and is great. Also as an athlete that cannot push high watts any savings is a higher percentage for me than stronger athletes. Love the shoes and have recommended to my world champion athlete that I coach.
